HEAT ʻOhana Picnic 2017

Aloha everyone!
ʻOhana Day was tons of fun and we want to thank those of you who came out to GET ACTIVE with us!

Weʻre so happy with our banners from Art & Signs...helps make it easier for everyone to find where we are!

We started HEATKAMP  a little late because traffic was kinda nuts getting in to the parking lot due to the Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade.  But it was fun to see everyone staging in their marching units and floats to celebrate the man who had a DREAM and taught us that anything is possible!

We also had a guest coach, Aunty Tara, pop in to take us though some "Quick Feet" exercises!

The best part of the day was Handsome bringing out 5 Stand-Up Paddleboards for us to play on all day!  You can never get tired of these.  It was a little rough learning how to get up and balance, but once you catch on, itʻs cake!

Speaking of cake...we also celebrated Enosa & Jediʻs birthdays with the most awesome cupcake CAKE!
