Spring Break Day 1

Day 1 of HEATKamp Spring Break was a success! We had an awesome showing of kids who were ready to test and improve their skills!
Coach Shane kicked off the session with some stretching, then a quick cardio warmup.  After that, they were lined up and ready to get pumped on ladder drills.
Stopping to take a few water breaks helps to keep momentum up. Coach Shane was joined by Coach Tala and Junior Coach Jalen to then lead the pack on some hurdle drills.

The session ended with some sand sprint racing!  Every session ends with a team huddle and cheerthen a nice refreshing snack to hold them over until lunch is served.
